clarification reg-Hindu sucesssion act

The old house have my grand father property his purchased 1932 after he died my father and her brother is partion in 28-08-1960 but my grand father have not any will and my father died in 28-08-1996 he is not any will, my sister marriage was 01-05-1985 she is already major, my mother have write a will favour of by me in 24-01-2000, she is died in 07-10-2004 , my sister is haras to me for property for partinership, she is filed a suit in lower court, please help me advice and clarification my name is T.V.--name removed--

your sister also has a share in the property you mother cannot will the entire proprty to you

in case your sister has filed a suit for partition, she is entitled for the same as your father has died intestate and as per amendment in Hindu Succession Act, even females are entitled to partition and share in the property. dont lose heart and divided the property by metes and bounds.

Your sister is entitled to her share. Your mother's will has no legal force. You should settle the dispute and accept claim of your sister gracefully.
