Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
a clerk found a blank paper signed by me.he fabricated a pronote showing debt towards me.if he file a suit for recovery ,is it only sufficient to prove him my sign.if he would have to prove consideration at early stage?if i deny execution only and do nothing else ,will he would have to give any other proof?

you may file a complaint against the clerk under relevant sections of forgery and using a forged document as genuine. in case you file the complaint before time, this would become your defence in his suit for recovery.
