Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Common Passage and easement rights
My neighbour has blocked my adjacant Passage which is marked as common passage with easement rights in my registered deed. This is a 3 ft path along with my partition wall. As this portion is surrounded with a red line in their deed, they think that they have absolute rights on that passage. It is not practical to go to court for this small piece of passage but without that passage, I am facing lot of problems. What should I do. Can I approach Consumer court for this ? Please suggest.

You may contact the local police and make a complaint of "nuisance" against the wrong-doers.
