compensation to victims of caste abuse

what is the compensation claimable by a victim of caste abuse at work place during duty hours and punishment under the law of the country for the employees /management responsible for abusing a particular caste.

as far as i know compensation is not provided for caste abuse, there is punishment only for it.

if u suffered any loss then u can claim damages.

first confirm legally that such incident had happened....

give a complaint .. register a FIR..

then depending upon the nature of the case ... compensation cases can be filed ... contact a lawyer.

As such there is no limit.It depends upon you that how much claim you find enough to compensate your loss but take note that you shall have to pay court fee on the ammount of compensation claimed by you.

The claim of compensation always depend upon the fact and circumstances under which you have been abused and in what ways it hurt you. Your status is also material for this aspect.
