i want to know complete detail about the will. like 1) what is the will? 2)will has to register, if not what is the remidy? 3)if will has to challenge is there any time limit? 4) while writing the will what is the procedure to distribute self earned property and ancestral property?

By will one can bequeath non-ancestral property to another person (s).
