compound wall

In my neibours plot there is a big tree , which poses treat to my compoud wall.The wall is almost collapsed and I have to rebuild the wall shortly. But keeping the foresaid tree there will defenitely harm the new wall. The tree stands very near to the compound wall and same is not in good health. Possibilty of falling off the branches is there , if so it will cause problem to my house. But the neibour not at all bothered to cutt the tree off.

pls give me an advice on legal point regarding this.

i will never advice to cut a tree... i am a tree lover.

make some other efforts like reconstructing your wall or prunning the tree .... even i can give you free consultation on other options but not on cutting tree.

even otherwise legal procedure is troublesome for cutting a tree.
