contempt
consent terms were filed in suit.suit is decreed.after a period of 17 years one of the parties have not yet followed the consent terms.the agrrieved party wants to know whether it amounts to contempt of court if one party doesnt fullfils the consent term on which decree is obtained?if it amounts to contempt under which provision of law?plz reply urgently.

its not contempt but it brings execution of order.
after such a long period you probably have to file a new case.
