can a tenancy room be bequeathed to a benificiary in a will. also can a person be a tenant of two rooms and bequeath one room each to two of his children in his will.

when there can be a transfer of right then it can be done as their wish!

It will be depending upon the terms and conditions of the Tenancy.
If the tenancy right permits in such cases one can bequeath tenancy tights through will to the beneficiaries. Like wise he can beqeuatn each room tenancy rights ot each son.

yes he can but its better he decides the owner in his will clearly.
