Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I am contesting a liquidation case against a American Firm in Hon. Delhi High Court to recover our legitimate and certified dues. Unfortunately,on request of OP Hon. Court extends the date of hearing every time about two months or so due to false pretext of the OP. Is there any procedure to get the dates on short period?
We are contesting the case since last three years.

it is advisable to send the documents including the petition and the ones pertaining to the dues and after extensive study including the international law, an opinion can be given. prima facie it seems that your case is being taken on the lighter side.
Who is your lawyer in Delhi ? Whatever you have stated is not the correct procedure . Either your lawyer is not strong to oppose the op request for adjournment in the court or your case pleaded before the court is weak.
