Corporation start flyover work blocked road without notice

Hello Sir,

I want to know can Municipal commissioner block a working road ? without giving notice to on road shop owners who r tenents of some trusts from 25 ytears without acknowledging of the alternate business place. Please send me answer.. Fly over plan is passed by central govt. and also our shops are going to be demolished...

The authorities are empowered under the National Highway Authorities Act as also under different statutes to take appropriate steps for widening of roads and construction of flyovers in accordance with law. However, you may claim compensation for the loss, if any, you may suffer in the process.
