Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I wish to know that if this correct ?
If the tenant stays on the commercial property for more than 12 years, nobody can ask him to leave the property.
If this is true, also mention the act and the section number.

no, this rule does not apply to tenant but to the person having adverse possession for 12 years.
