my cousin is newly appointed ias officer n delhi..we liv n joint property .ther is some property issue between members.Is dere any chance that he can get me arrested under false ipc 353 (slapping him on duty)..is dere any chance i cud b arrestd under 353..by his false statement ..n wat abt the bail?if somw he succeds n getting me arrested ,can i produce false witness saying that i was wd him at the time of crime..>?
