Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
a criminal case u/s 323, 504,506 ipc is pending against me. I passed written and interview of a govt bank. I disclosed criminal case pending against me at the time of interview in attestation form. I was offered a appointment letter but at last I was not given posting letter because of above criminal case. I filed a case in High Court. Is there any Suitable ruling of Supreme court in favour of me.
