Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
A criminal case was lodge against me in 2005(363,343) in which I have already acquitted in 2007. After that I applied in CISF for the post of HEAD CONSTABLE while filling up the application for the said post there was a questionnarie form where I supposoe to declare about my criminal history whether pending or acuqitted but I concealed the fact and I have cleared 3 stages of recruitment again they given my a questionarrie form before medical exam to disclose candidate's involvement in criminal case there I disclose my involvement in criminal case and after I selected for the said post. But they didn't give me appointment letter and said that your case regarding appointment in CISF will consider by the policy guideline of MHA after that we will issue a appointment letter but after a long period they replied me that you r not eligible for the appointment in cisf and they didn't tell me any reason. So now I want to file a writ pititon against CISF so that's why I want to know that I will win or not.

Your winning the case depends on the merits of the case, we have to examine complete documents to give you definitive opinion.
