Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My Dad is in Government service and he applied for the passport by hiding his occupation. I want to know what action will be taken against him if passport department comes to know about this?
Is there any way to cancel the application before it becomes an issue?

permission for applying the passport can be sought from the concerned department and the permission letter can be filed along with the application of passport.
