Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

My dad has a villa and surrounding property on his name,

As my dad is not in good health condition, we have threats from some people that they have dad's cheques and if my dad doesnt pay them the money, on my dad's expiry, they would just make us homeless through the help of the court and take the property.

Is there any special sort of will which would make us children the owner of the property and stop anyone from taking it from us after my dad's expiry.

Or what should i do to be prepared.

First of all your have to findout whether your father has issued any cheque.

Second part we can suggest you best way but for that you have to bear our consultation fee. Then you wil get everything even cheques issued or not.
