Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
my dad wrote a registered will when he was alive in that i am legal owner of all his property after his death. he is dead now and my sister wants to get her share i dont want to give her that .can she do anything.

No your sister can challenge the will on various grounds. Its a practical problem faced by everyone. It is advisable to settle it down with your sister.
