Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Can any one ask damages as well as interim injunction in one single civil suit jointly. Plz, if yes then suggest latest case sitetion.And if any one enjoyes his right on ancestral property since from last 20 yrs then from last few days others make disturbance in his right ,in such situation can there is need for declaration? He already have his seperate share which enterned by entry on 7/12 extract.

Prayers depends on nature of suit and claim. One can formulate prayers only after formulating the suit.
