Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
We are four daughters and three sons in our family/father passed away leaving a will states that his entire property to sons and not a penny to daughters/ the property is in india/ can daughters pro bate for their right in property/ please answer

If the property in dispute was 'SELF-AQUIRFED' by the deceased and is NOT ANCESTRAL, the inheritance should be governed as per WILL of the deceased.
