Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Dear All,

I was adopted by my Fathers Younger brother when I was 2.5 years old. And I was staying in his house till my 15 years . And after that Because of some situations I have been brought to my fathers house.

And my father also made me to put his initial before my name and all my studies and till currenlty i am using my fathers initial only.

My fathers younger brother says that he has cancelled my adoption once my father took me away. I wanted to know is this possible in court. And is it legal to cancel my adoption.

Kindly any one respond to my question . I am a Hindu by religion.
