Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Dear All, Can a daugther can claim from the fathers property along with her brothers as this property was willed by her grand father ( Its not a ancesstors property)to her father & brother but now the father has expired and the proprty willed to her father is not divided can she claim for this property.

yes, the daughter has an equal right in the property as the father died intestate.
