Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Dear M.P.Sanjay Sir

One plot is now yet to be sold by my father . I just wanted can i file any suit so that this only left out part of our ancestoral property can be saved now.On this plot he has done contract with reliance and has set up a mobile tower and earning rent monthly. I dont have somuch money so that i can file cancellation suit of all the 6 sold properties. only 1 has been left to be sold now.

Please suggest

My father has kept one mistress and he has also two sons th his mistress and he has given their name as his real family members in his service record also.

My Father is +62 and mother is 54. I am 32 years old .We have our Acestoral property in UP . I am the 4th generation since this ancestoral property has been purchased (which has been convered into residential plot in 2003 from agricultural plot)

My father has own total 7 brothers (2 own brothers rest are sons of his uncle) who are all the coowners of this ancestoral property. After the Death of my Grand mother ,the above property has been divided as per mutual consent of all the 8 brothers including my father but there is not any official distribution of the ancestoral property through court but one own brother of my father has not signed the distribution agreement till date.

Now my father has sold much ( 6 out of 8 Plots)of our ancestoral property and he is denying having any relationship with me and my mother but we have all the id and address proof in our favour.

My father is just denying giving me share in my ancestoral property.

I have filed cancellation suit on a plot of land which has been sold by my father basis ancestoral property.

Please Suggest
