Dear Sir / Madam,
(Jagadambigainagar, Tiruvallur, Tamil Nadu)
If your grandfather has made a Will to transfer the house in the name of your uncle on his death, and if your uncle being the sole beneficiary named in the Will has already obtained a probate from the Court to transfer the title of the house from your grandfather's name to his name, there is very little you can do now to challenge the Will and request for your share in the house.
