Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Dear Sir, I gave resignation to the company on 10th Oct 2012. I told them that I would not be able to work anymore due to family reasons and if they want can continue to work till 31st Oct 2012 on the grounds that they would pay my salary and relieve me. They were OK with it that time. So I continued working rest of the month. But now they are not paying my salary saying that I did not serve the whole notice period of 40 days. Please let me know if I can claim my salary now or not. As that time I continued working the whole month because they promised to pay me. Pls help.

dear client...
Issue a letter for payment of ur salary... if they do not reply send a legal notice...still they do not responce file a case in labour court
