Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Dear Sir, My Husband has served for 30 years in a Central Govt. University and he retired in Feb'2010 he must have got his PF and he use to get his monthly pension around 20k i think . My son is 29 years old . He has done is 12th only and i have one grandson of 1 year with us. My son's earning is not sufficient for us as he does the parttime work n tution in our small town.
My husband is 60+ but he is not ready to accept us as his family member but we have all the proofs in our favour . My Husband use tries to engage us in false cases n disturb us .
Just wanted some relief from court for us so that we can get our food n shelter for our small family.

File a suit for maintenance immediately and create charge over his retiral benefits for lifetime remedy
