Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Dear Sir, Iam sukanta I have some problem discuss below
My late grandfather and his brother jointly purchased 760 sft + 750 sft land in one
deed. But my grand father stay his brother's land and his brother stay my grand father's land.
My question 1. My grand father have two sons and two daughter, but at present
one daughter and one son have been died. one of them my father Amar Biswas and another is my aunt Gita Rani Biswas. Currently my uncle can demand this land?
Point to be noted that I sri Sukanta Biswas stay my grand father's brother land.

Since the property was in joint name so its better make a family partition deed and declare you share among the sibling ....
