dear sir,

I am ibrahim hussain my date of birth is 22/05/1991 in all certificate, voter id & driving license but my original date of birth is 01/10/1990 our passport issued original date of birth.how to change date of birth any one certificates or passport.please send for legal procedure thanking you..,
