Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Dear sir / madam,
My father sold in his father property ( My grandfather ). I did not sign in donor side. But I have signed in witness side. That time my age is 26th . now can I clime of my share in my grandfather property. If I clime, is it legally correct or not?

once the transfer s done with your consent and under witness, how can the same be challenged and at the time of signing you were 26 yrs old.

You have no share in your grand fathers property in the 1st place so there fore you cannot claim any thing in the property.
