Dear sir / Madam,
My name is S.Durairaj from tamilnadu ( india ). Last 06-06-2006, I have sold ( Gift Settlement ) to one land for my own brother. Now a day�s his activity is totally changed. His selling one by one land of family property. He has two children also. I have to save the above land.
Question:
1. Can I cancel to the gift settlement?
2. Have I rights now?
3. If I want to cancel the Gift Settlement where shall I go to cancel?
(by register office OR by court )

Need to go through the gift settlement deed. If there is provision for cancellation of the settlement deed then you can cancel the same immediately and send the copy to your brother. The settlement deed can be cancelled only in the concerned Registrar office.
