Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Dear Sir / Madam,

Sub: Requesting for Suggession and Guidance for further proceedings � Reg.

I would like to bring the following to your kind notice and necessary help.

My Grand Father had a land property

He had two sons, One of them is one my father

My Grand Father died in Ten years ago. At first we don�t know about the said property of land

Taking this advantage my cousin family collide with local land authority and sold the said property without noticing or intimation to us.

At present we doesn�t have any proofs or details like Survey no.,boundaries, documents etc.

Please kindly guide us . In how to approach or proceed for further process to claim share of my father for the above said property

How do you know thats ur grandfathers property........??? for this you must have documentary proof ... without documents how can you make claim so first collect documents and then something can be done...
