Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Dear Sir, i was purchased a free hold property through sale deed and i was sold two floor out of the property after execution of un registered agreement to sell between me and above said property seller /owner and other two floor sold through sale deed after execution of sale deed in my wife favor through my wife but after execution of sale deed in my wife favor we take physical possession from seller and take over all rights and demolished old structure and apply for building sanction plan but suddenly other legal heir are come and demand right of them but we do not know about them ,because seller sold us property that they are only legal heir of lessee who was allotted of said property and they apply for mutation and conversion free hold in L&DO then we check that owner lessees death certificate attached with conditional registered will in favor of two sons and them mother and mother's rights of registered will transfer automatically in favor of both beneficiary legal heirs and other legal heir have no right to interference in this will And both are beneficiary of registered will legal heirs are died and all other legal heirs of both beneficiary of registered will are execute the relinquishment deed in favor of seller out of all legal heirs of both beneficiary of will and legal heirs of beneficiary through will are file affidavit and identity bond in L&DO that them both beneficiary of registered will are only leave behind death of lessee and department get done mutation and convert free hold in them favor and they sold that property to us but other legal heirs are take objection and file partition suit on property and get status quo on property and my advocate file 7 11 in court and also now i was approved building sanction plan but i could not start construction then i move an application for permission for vocation of status quo but my Bayer who purchased through un registered agreement to sell without any final date handed over to that property after the construction are not taken peace every time force us for start the construction but due to legal huddle we can not start construction now i want to move any application 1 /10 and impaled both purchaser then my question is what is my benefit or losses for me if i move this application in the court and also if i do not file this application inn the court then what kind of legal action taken by the purchaser against me and also my wife because we are willing to sold property handed over to purchaser after completion of construction and taken my full and final payments because we taken only bayana only against the sold property?
