Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Dear Sir, i was purchased through sale deed on bases of registered will mutated and converted free hold and other legal heirs are challange orignality of registered will and demand for partition suit in court and take status quo on property and make us and benificiary of will as party and we file for vocation of status quo and construction permition but on this date plain tiff advocate and my adcocate apeal for mediation and court accepted but i was in confused that what is matter go in midiation if defandant / seller of property could not come in mideation then what can i do ? is it possible court order for us compulsory pay compromise amout to plaintiff of court call the other legal heirs who sold us proparty or our and plaintiff advocate self comprmise without our concent? please give me dicection and also i was already file revision of 156.,3 for cheating case against the seller for concealement of name other legal heirs in the affidavit in the L&DO and court already ordered for notice issued and them advocate come and take next date in the court also.
