It is always advisable to lead a comfortable and tension free life and if you wish to have a tension free life then return and pay the the token money ............Please check Sanjay Kalra and Associates on the internet to know more about our law firm and the legal services we are rendering for our clients from all over the World.
You are legally entitled to refuse to pay back, but you will be faced with litigation, so it is your choice and discretion, as to refund the amount or not, and if you choose to refund, how much to refund.
Practically advisable to refund.
