Dear Sir,

I have a sale agreement of Purchase all amount pay to sealer and take Receipt of payment .plot no 15 measurement north 40 ft, west 35 ft, est 30 ft and south 25 ft on agreement but actual measurement on ground north 30 ft and est 40 ft .. all are same .. by mistake in agreement north side and est are just oposit on ground .. if i want Resell this plot any problem arise?

As you have only executed agreement... so you does not have to resell the owner of the land need to execute the sales proceededs... if he does so then no problem

You need to file a Deed of rectification, saying this was a typographical error, or error due to oversight.
