dear sir,
some one told me that the right on the grand father's property will get to grand son only when it is his forefathers property. please tell me whether it is correct or not

in case the grandfather does not want to part with his self acquired property, the grand son has no right but if the grandfather is no more, his self acquired property is considered fore fathers property at the hands of grandchildren if no will is there.
