Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Dear Sir, In the year 2008 i made a land sale agreement with "A" and taken some amount as advance and given time 6 months time for registration.But till now Mr. A did not turned out for registration. Mean while my land price rises thrice in the market. Now i did not want to sell the land for old price,and not willing to register to Mr.A. what the procedure for agreement cancellation, please guide me in this issue. Thanking you sir

You can refuse him to execute any sale deed in his favour now as the sale agreement had given him 6 months to complete the sale transaction . And it is more than two years . Do not give anything in writing to the buyer and if he confronts you with the sale transaction ,tell him verbally that it was canceled many years back.
