Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
dear sir from many years our neighbor is using our property to enter his as he has no other way, now they are creating lot of problems. they wnt us to leave so much space for them, they have even given police complain to remove all obstacles comming on their way, now they want a step which we use to enter our house to be removed.....they are harrasing us mentally....wat does law say and wat can i do.
they even complained to muncipality, do they have so much right on our property.
please advice

The more you give in, the more undue advantage your neighbour will take of your leniency.
You need to put your foot down, and ask your neighbour not to encroach on your property.
