Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Dear Sir

Cases Files by me and my mother against my son are as follows :

(A).125 CRPC maintenance (copy enclosed in court order file)in which My Mother has got maintenance order of Rs.500 p.m. passed in 2002 and My Mother has also applied for its enhancement which is still pending since the last one year. My father has recently replied in this case showing no income but i have submitted his pension papers which states his pension amount is 12,000 and also his mistress is a govt teacher (have submitted her RTI Copy)

(B).DV Act case under which R.O. has been granted in my mothers favour and my mother has also applied for monetary relief of Rs.7000 which is still pending in court under this DV Act.

(C).FIR under Section 494/498A/506 has also been registered in October �2010in the local police station , in which my father and his mistress is on bail ,trial has just commenced

(D).My father has filed another civil case in which he has sought the relief that his name should not be used by me and my mother which is pending since 2006.

(E) My mother has also filed one case for maintenance on charges against my father in which my mother has got stay on a plot of land which is the only plot left in our ancestoral property not sold by my father. It has a mobile tower on it which pays a usge amount of rent to my father.

Dear Sir,Can Myself be a part of this stay order.

(F) I have also filed one civil case for the cancellation of this sale deed of atleast for our house on the basis of his rights in this ancestoral propery ( Home whose land is ancestoral and my husband has not purchased the land only he has build the house),but this case is still pending since the last nine months and the purchaser�s and my husband's reply is still awaited in this case.

(G). My father has filed a case in 2001 (558 /2001 Copy enclosed)seeking relief decree of permanent prohibitary injunction defendante ( My mother and me) be restrained from interfering in the salary/properity of my husband, this case got dismissed in 2008 due to the non appearance of my father but I was attending this case through their lawyer till the date of final dismissal order of this case in 2008.

(H) My mother has also filed FIR under Section 323/504/506 of IPC against our tanent in the local police station who tried to vacate our house in January�2011 after the sale of the our house.

(I) As Advised by my local lawyer my mother has recently filed civil suit for declaration of legally married wife in September'2012 as my mother has all the marriage photos,marriage invitation card,voter id card,ration card and local panchayat proofs in her favour.

(J) My wife has also recently filed Case under DV Act for getting the RO against my husband as we are worried that after my death our house can be taken by my tanent who has purchased it ,to avoid this my wife has also filed the dv act case for getting the Shared RO in her favour.

All the above mentioned cased from A to J are pending accept the No.G which got dismissed in 2008.

Dear Sir

Most of the properties has already been sold out (all ancestoral)by my father. I am the fourth generation since these properties have been purchased.

Can i file case for the stay on the plot which is the only plot to be sold. I am 32 years old.

Can i do something for the sold out properties for my share of ancestoral property.
