Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Dear sir,
I am Account Holder of SBI and i gave cheques to HDFC Bank For my Two wheeler loan and frist cheque has returned problem is signature mismatch is there any charges. Balance was there at time of cheque returned.

They may collect cheque ,,bounce charges. Coz. They may not represent the dishonoured cheque again under ECS scheme. They may use next cheque for subsequent EMIs
