Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Dear Sir

I have some ancestoral property in the name of my father .My Father has sold our house on 7th January'2011 (This house is in our possession till date despite of this sale) and after getting this news my mother applied in the District Court for maintenance on charge( by giving the details of all the property and our house which was sold on 7th Jan'2011 also which are in my father's name ) on dated 11th Feb'2011 and on this petition the District court has passed enjunction and maintenance on charge on dated 12th Feb'2011 and ordered my father not to sale his part of land and property to another person .

Just wanted to Confirm wheather this enjunction or maintenance on charge applies also to our house which has been sold on 7th January'2011 and the details of which was also given alongwith the other property details in the 11th Feb'2011 petition on which the enjunction order has been passed.

in case the injunction order specifically restrains father from selling the house, then he cannot sell it but he has already sold the same to someone. in that situation, you may have to file a suit for cancellation of the sale deed executed by your father.
