Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Dear Sir
I have to apply for the DNA Test as my father is denying having any relationship with me. I know once i will apply for it it might take 1-2 years finally then the court may ask him to do it and provide the samples. I have all the evidences in my favour that i am his son ,but he is just denying it.
I wanted to ask can i apply it in a lower court and what is the procedure for it and what will the approx. cost for this test and who will have to bear the cost .
Can it be done that if i apply for it within next 15 days in court and this process can be done as soon as possible by intimating my father.

Your query sounds like a famous politician case where he was forced by court to give samples. Issue a lawyer notice and file a suit.
