Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Dear Sir
I have a Credit card in 2007,due to lost of my job and not working for couple of months i am unable to made its payment.When i get a chance work in UAE i came here and the bank represenataives are called me in my mobile in UAE.
I am scared if i am going to INdia shall i caught in airport?
kindly advise.

you need to retain a lawyer and it would be ascertained whether any criminal case is pending against you filed by the creditors. if there is a case but no NBWs, you safe but if there is a case and NBWs or PO orders are made, then you may have to get them cancelled.
