Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Dear Sir
I have 125 CRPC Order in my favour in a case with my husband which states that "From the Evidences it is seen that the petitioner is the wife of the opposite party" on the basis of this i have been granted maintenance amount of Rs.500/- in 2002 . He is paying this maintenace amount from time to time.
My Husband is denying having any relationship with me in a different case with me .
Will the above order will not service the purpose of declaration of legally married wife or i have to file the suit also for declaration of legally married wife ,please suggest.

what is the other case filed by the husband. judgment in a criminal case is not binding upon a civil action but the judgment in civil case holds good in a criminal case.
