Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Dear Sir
I have got 125 CRPC Ex parte order of Rs.500/- p.m. against my husband and have also got stay on maintenance on charge on his one plot of land which is an ancestoral one.
My 125 CRPC Maintenance orders states that � From the evidences it is
seen that the petitioners ( Myself)is the wife of opposite party(My
Husband)� and finally the order says that he should pay me maintenance
of Rs.500/- p.m. it was granted in 2002. I have also applied for its enhancement since the last 1 year and he has now replied on it stating his lower income.He has not paid the maintenance amount of Rs.500/-p.m. since the last 6 months.
Can i attach his above land for the recovery of this under any act so that he may not sale his plot and i can get atleast one plot for my livelihood as he has already sold his almost 70% plots which were ancestoral ones .
I have a 32 years old son who is the 4th generation of my husband since the property (Ancestoral Property ) has been purchased.
Should my son file the petition suit for his share of ancestoral property or he should file the cancellation suit for the sale deed of the properties which has already been sold by my husband. My husband is just denying having any relations with us. But we have all the id and address proof.
