Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Dear Sir,
I am from Gujarat,India. I would like to ask you that:
Can some one directly appeal to the CIC if he had not got the information or if he had got incomplete information by the PIO

Dear Sir / Madam,
The Chief Investigation Officer (CIO) in Valsad will accept the appeal filed by the Person of Indian Origin (PIO) for the election of the candidate from that constituency. In the absence of more detailed information, I am unable to comment further.
