Dear Sir

I have obtained maintenace on charge and stay on certain plots of land of my husband in a civil case. My husband is denying having any relations with me but i have all the evidences like marriage photos,id and address proof and maintenance order under section 125 CRPC of Rs.500/- p.m. My husband has paid this maintenace amount for certain months and he has not paid it since the last two years.

I am also working as a school teacher in a private school but i am not on duty since the last 1 and half years but i have not resigned from that school till date . This maintanance on charges and stay on my husband's land has been passed in last year when i was not on my duty.

My husband has obtained the details of my service my salary details etc through RTI from that school where i am a teacher but i am not attending my duties since the last 1 and half years.

I just wanted to know will this RTI Report of my Service (School teacher job where i am not attending my duties since the last one and half year) affect my mainteance on charge and the stay order which i have obtained on the plots of my husband if he submits this RTI report in the above case.

Simply i wanted to know will my mainteance on charge and stay order will be cancelled if he (My husband) submits my service details in the above case.

Mere submission of any record by your husband will not automatically change the order; you will be given a chance to meet with any evidence furnished by him. If you have not worked and earned your salary during last 18 months, there is hardly any ground for amending the interim order already passed in your favour.
