Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Dear Sir
I(+56) have obtained one Stay on Charge in a plot of land in a case with my husband (+62) for not to sale this plot of land in a civil case with him( My husband).
What will be the consequences if any one of us( Me of myhusband) will die during the course of this civil case. I have a son (+32) . And my husband is dening having any relationship with me and my son.
Please Suggest will be stay on charge will be valid in case of death of me or my husband and my son will get the benefit of this stay as this is one ancestoral property .

if your son is also party then he may get claim.
else he also have to file his claim and DNA test may be conducted till your husband is alive else you or your son will not get anything after his death.
