Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Dear Sir,
I have a personal loan from Barclay and Credit card loan from SBI Bank,
THere is no default payment from 4 years untill now, I have sold out my property and also I become a jobless person. So I could not not continue to pay the said loan to bank, my outstanind is up to 1 lakh with this two bank,
How do tackle the situation, because I am not staying any more in the same place. my house has been sold out because of this harashment from banks.
Please help me to find the way.

There is hardly any way out for you except to go for a compromise and arrangement payment.
