Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Dear Sir,
I have a question regarding the filing of a CAVEAT on a person so I just wanted the details of what CAVEAT is and also how much does it cost.
We have all the land documents in place but some 3rd party (Rowdy) is bringing some fake documents and claming the property and tretaning to put the case before that we have to file the CAVEAT please let me know approx. how much does it cost.

Caveat is a peition filed before teh court requesting the court to issue notice to the Caveator before passing any exparte interim orders. The cost will differ as per teh fees in respect of each advocate
