Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Dear Sir

I am the real wife of my husband. My husband stays with his mistress and her sons and he has given her name in his service record with a central govt university ( this mistress is also a state govt employee ).

I have id and address proof with me . I have a 32 years old son also. I filed the writ at allahabad high court but the same got rejected reason that my husband can give any persons name in his service record.

I have also got 125 CRPC order in my favour,RO Under DV act although he has sold our house denying our relations and also getting maintenace from him. i have all the evidences and i have filed the suit for declaration for legally married wife and have got the stay on maintenance on charge on few plots of my husband which are unsold.

Just wanted to ask wheather i cant do any thing to stop the pension going in the hand of the mistress in case of death of my husband or get me and my sons name entered in his service record as my husband has filed a case in 2001 asking this relief permanent injunction in entering in his salary but the same got dismissed due to his non appearance in 2008 but in the order it has been written that my lawyer was present.

Just wanted to prevent the pension going in wrong hands as my husband i s62 and i am 56.

Please Suggest.
